During this workshop we will learn the basics of Commodore 64 game programming. We will not be using modern tools, instead we will write assembly code right into the C64 memory. We will handle joystick input to move a sprite on the screen and detect collisions. C64 programming is much easier than modern game creation even with the use of assembly. The goal is to get people inspired and excited about C64 game making.

Intended audience: Programmers and designers.

Requirements: Know binary.

Tools participants should bring:
Computer with http://misc.sos.gd/c64workshop.zip downloaded.
